Registration and payment possible
only during the Congress (14-17.4.04)
at the Congress's Registration Desk

The full registration to the congress comprises:

Should both terms be fulfilled the registered participants are entitle to:

  • Attend the Congress.
  • Submit an extended abstract.
  • Submit a full paper.
  • Receive the volume with the extended abstracts (distributed at the beginning of the Congress).
  • Receive the volume with the full papers (published after the Congress).
  • Participate in social events.

The following registration and payment modes
have been disabled

 

Registration (complete the registration form)
You can make your registration in one of the following two alternative ways:
 

1. Electronic registration (preffered)
  • Click to the button below.
  • Submit your data through this Web site.
  • Print and keep the Electronic Registration Form created by the Web interface, which contains your data and the Special Registration Code.
  • In case of electronic registration the Special Registration Code is immediately provided, which verifies the convener’s registration and which is necessary in case the convener wishes to participate with a presentation in the Congress

2. Registration Form A

  • Complete the Registration Form A (attached to the 2nd Circular).
  • Send the Registration Form A either by Fax (preferred) or by Mail to the Congress Treasurer.
  • In case of registration using the Registration Form A the Special Registration Code is not provided but sent to the Congress participant by E-mail or fax, after verification of payment of the registration fees. Note that the Special Registration Code is necessary in case the participant wishes to participate in the Congress with a presentation.
Payment (of the registration fees)
You can pay the registration fees in one of the following two alternative ways (modes), whatever registration mode (electronic or printed registration form A) has been selected by the participant.
 

1. Credit card (preferred)
  • Using a Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) with a 2% surcharge.
  • Complete the section PAYMENT of the Registration Form A (attached to the 2nd Circular).
  • Send the Registration Form A either by Fax (preferred) or by Mail to the Congress Treasurer.

2. Bank transfer
  • Through a Bank Transfer, using the following account:
  • 5202-016496-111 (Swift code PIRBGR A 1202)
    or the
  • IBAN GR4201722020005202016496111, Piraeus Bank, Aggelaki Branch, GR-54621, Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Send a photocopy of the order by Fax (preferred) or by Mail to the Congress Treasurer.
Send registration and payment documents

No matter which mode of registration and payment was chosen, send the following registration and payment documents to the Congress Treasurer by Fax (preferred) or by Mail:

  • The Electronic Registration Form created by the Web interface (electronic registration)  or
  • The Registration Form A (printed registration) 
    and
  • The Payment documents (e.g. deposit receipt)

Registration Fees
The registration fees are defined as follows:
 

Gategory 

Until 2003/10/31 2003/11/1 - 2004/2/29  Since 2004/3/1

Non G.S.G. members  110 € (Euro) 130 € (Euro) 150 € (Euro)
* G.S.G. subscription paid (including 2003).
 
The fees entitle the registered participants to:
  • Attend the Congress.
  • Submit an extended abstract.
  • Submit a full paper.
  • Receive the volume with the extended abstracts (distributed at the beginning of the Congress).
  • Receive the volume with the full papers (published after the Congress).
  • Participate in social events.

Students (undergraduate and post-graduate)

Special registration fees of  20 € (Euro) is defined for students. These fees entitle the students to:

  • Attend the Congress.
  • Receive the volume with the extended abstracts (distributed at the beginning of the Congress).
  • Participate in social events.

These fees do not entitle students to receive the volume with the full papers. However, those students wishing to receive this volume should pay an additional fee of  30 € (Euro) (total registration fees of 50 € Euro).
 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Before October 31, 2003 (end of Early Registration): Full refund.

  • Before January  31, 2004 (end of Regular Registration): 25% cancellation fee (75% refund).

  • After January  31, 2004: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Cancellation of registration

Please note that for registration cancellations after the 2003/10/31 () a 75% cancellation fee will be refunded, while after 2004/01/31 () no refund of the registration fees is possible.
 

Points for notice
  • In any case, the final amount deposited either through a bank transfer or a credit card should be equal to the exact registration fee for the corresponding registration period.
  • Payment of the registration fees is a prerequisite for a presentation in the Congress and publication of the corresponding submitted and accepted papers (extended abstracts or full papers) in the Congress proceedings.
  • The registration is verified through the unique Special Registration Code, which each participant receives upon his registration.
  • It must be stressed out that any accepted presentation should correspond to the registration of at least one of the authors and this registration corresponds to only one presentation in which the registered participant is an author.
